Nicotine-Replacement Therapies with Text-Message Support
We partner with URMC Wilmont Cancer Institute to provide our patients with access to their tobacco cessation program.

The URMC Tobacco Cessation Program includes:
- Preferred nicotine replacement therapies (e.g., nicotine patches, gum, and lozenges) will be mailed to your home – free of charge.
- Available in English and Spanish.
- Text-messaging program - live Tobacco Treatment Specialist checks text messages and offers support.
Nicotine replacement therapies such as gum, patches, inhalers, prescription medications in combination with cessation counseling is the most effective path to successful quitting.
