If you have a complaint or concern, you are encouraged to communicate this to any of the following people or departments:

  • The person providing you with the service
  • The nurse manager in charge, or the manager of the service involved

If you have a concern that remains unresolved, you may notify Bassett Medical Center's Patient Representative Service at 607-547-3912 or via email at customer.service@bassett.org
