Online Scheduling Now Available 24/7 through MyBassett

Schedule an appointment online through MyBassett — all without having to make a phone call. Online scheduling is available 24/7 for existing Bassett patients from your smartphone, computer, or tablet. If you're a new patient, call 1-800-BASSETT to schedule an appointment.

Visit www.mybassett.org to sign up or log in. Or download the app at the App Store (Apple devices) or Google Play (Android devices) by searching for MyChart (this is the name the app is listed under in these app stores) and choosing Bassett Healthcare Network as your health system.

With the new self-scheduling options on MyBassett, you can:

  • Schedule an appointment that works for you
  • Choose among many different times and locations available
  • Schedule an appointment with a practitioner you haven’t seen before
  • Schedule a follow-up appointment with your current practitioners

How to Schedule an Appointment Online with MyBassett

  • Open MyBassett

    Open the MyBassett App, or visit www.mybassetthealthconnection.org on your smartphone, tablet, or computer.

    Don't have a MyBassett account? Sign-up online. If you're a new patient, call 1-800-BASSETT to schedule an appointment.

  • Choose Schedule an Appointment

    Scroll down below your listed providers and select Primary Care.

  • Follow the Instructions

    Complete the screening questions and follow the instructions on your screen.

  • Choose your Preferred Location, Time, and Practitioner

    Choose the location that works best for you. The next available appointment times and practitioners will be listed.

  • Confirm and Schedule

    Confirm that our information is correct. Your appointment is now scheduled!
