Bassett Healthcare Network nursing leaders were pleased to present six nurses with DAISY Awards this month at locations across the network.

Bassett's DAISY Award program recognizes six nurses for their exceptional care each quarter in addition to presenting two annual awards each fall. Each honoree receives a certificate, a hand-crafted statue, a pin to wear on their ID badges, flowers, and various benefits from the DAISY Foundation.

Here are the 2023 First Quarter DAISY Award winners, along with a quote from their nomination. Be sure to congratulate these nurses when you see them — and thank them for their commitment to their patients.
