Visits, Cancellations, & Rescheduling

Our patients are generally scheduled for 30-60-minute appointments. All patients are asked to arrive 15 minutes prior to make sure their records are up-to-date. Late arrivals of 15 minutes or more may result in the rescheduling of your appointment. If you anticipate that you cannot make your scheduled appointment, our policy is for you to notify our office 24 hours ahead of time to cancel.

We understand that occasional emergencies occur that make it difficult to cancel the day before. If this is the case, please notify us by 8:00 am on the day of your appointment.
