• Living Well Diabetes Prevention

    The Diabetes Prevention Program is a year-long workshop series that meets weekly for an hour for the first 6 months, and then meets monthly for one hour for the second six months.  

    With this program, you get:

    • The skills you need to lose weight, be more physically active, and manage stress so that you can prevent or delay type 2 diabetes
    • A trained lifestyle coach to guide and encourage you
    • Support from other participants with the same goals as you
