• Cancer Survivorship Wellness Program

Overcoming cancer is an amazing feat, and if you or someone you know is a survivor, you know that treatment can be tough on the body. There is a full life to be had beyond cancer and Bassett Healthcare Network wants to help get you back to feeling your best. That is why Clarks Sports Center and Bassett have teamed up to create a program designed to help survivors regain their strength after treatment.

Power to Survive is a fitness program at the Clarks Sport Center in Cooperstown designed for cancer survivors who have completed their cancer treatment.  The 8 week long program is FREE and focuses on helping survivors regain strength and overall wellness.  All cancer survivors who live in our community are welcome to participate regardless of when or where treatment was completed.

If you are interested in participating in the program, talk to your doctor and complete the physician/health clearance forms below, and return it Rich Jantzi , Clark Sports Center Fitness Director by fax at (607)-547-4100.
