    What cancer screening services are available through the CSP?

    • Breast Cancer Screening- Mammogram & Clinic Breast Exam
      • Women ages 40 and older
      • Women under age 40 at high risk for breast cancer*
    • Cervical Cancer Screenings- Pap Test & Pelvic Exam
      • Women ages 40 and older
    • Colorectal Cancer Screenings- Fecal Occult Blood Test
      • Men & Women ages 50 and older, at average risk for colorectal cancer
    • Colorectal Cancer Screenings- Colonoscopy
      • Men & Women, at increased or high risk for colorectal cancer*

    Are their income requirements for these services?

    No, there are no income requirements for any of the services listed above.

    What if I need follow up?

    We pay for follow up pertaining to breast , cervical, and colorectal. We do not cover a breast MRI. Please call the office for details.

    What if I am diagnosed with cancer?

    We enroll patients into the Medicaid Cancer Treatment Program for patients that are diagnosed with breast, cervical, colorectal, or prostate cancer.

    Do you do prostate screenings?

    No, but if prostate cancer is diagnosed you might be eligible for the Medicaid Cancer Treatment Program. 1-888-345-0225
