Valley Health Services (VHS), 160-bed skilled nursing and rehab facility, is seeking:

Full and part-time LPN positions on all shifts: Duties include administering medications, treatments and patient care; candidate must possess a current NYS LPN license and a CPR Certification; must be able to work independently; position requires weekend rotation.

Certified Nurse Aide (CNA): Positions available for all shifts – duties include providing routine nursing care for the comfort of our residents.

Consultant hours available for PT, OT, COTA and PTA positions in our Sub-acute Rehab and on our Long Term Care units

Physical Therapist:
Full time position for a NYS Licensed Physical Therapist for a Senior Care facility offering long term care, sub-acute rehab and outpatient rehabilitation services. Performance of evaluations and direct patient care in all three settings will offer you a variety of diagnoses and work experience. Candidate must possess, as a minimum, a BS in Physical Therapy from an accredited college or university; must possess a current unencumbered license to practice as a therapist in New York State. RN Supervisor:
Full-time RN Supervisor position for 3 PM to 11 PM shift. Responsible for Nursing Assessments and clinical oversight for 160 residents and provides management supervision to all staff working during the shift. Candidates must be able to move about a large facility, have strong nursing assessment skills and possess a current NYS RN license. Prior acute and/or long term care experience preferred. Come work with our dynamic staff. VHS is willing to fund schooling for BSN! $7,500 sign-on bonus ($2,500 paid per quarter). 

Registered Diet Technician:
Full-time position available to assist the Dietitian with clinical and food service oversight for skilled nursing facility. Candidate must possess an Associate Degree in Food and Nutrition and be a Registered Diet Technician; 2 years' experience in long-term care preferred; new grads welcome to apply. 

Business Office Manager:
Full-time position; 2-year accounting degree and healthcare experience preferred; duties include but are not limited to overseeing all aspects of the Business Office, inpatient and outpatient billing and supervision of Business Office staff, working on collection funds, meeting with residents and family members on personal accounts. Candidate must be knowledgeable in Microsoft Excel, Medicaid, Medicare and Commercial Insurance billing. Candidate must be able to work independently and possess strong customer service skills.
