Valley Health Services (VHS), 160-bed skilled nursing and rehab facility, is seeking:

Full and part-time LPN positions on all shifts: Duties include administering medications, treatments and patient care; candidate must possess a current NYS LPN license and a CPR Certification; must be able to work independently; position requires weekend rotation.


Certified Nurse Aide (CNA): Positions available for all shifts – duties include providing routine nursing care for the comfort of our residents.


Consultant hours available for PT, OT, COTA and PTA positions in our Sub-acute Rehab and on our Long Term Care units


Financial Coordinator

Growing senior care provider has an exciting full time opportunity with business office team for a Financial Coordinator. The organization is seeking a business minded individual with a desire to use their skills in a human service role. Duties of the position include billing, accounts receivable management and clerical operations for assisted living business office, assisting with various daily business office procedures in the skilled nursing facility and outpatient services, and providing admission and financial related assistance for residents and families.

Qualified candidates will:

  •  Be proficient in computer applications such as Microsoft Excel and Word.
  •  Knowledge in accounts receivable, collections and be able to read an EOB.
  •  Have working knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, Commercial Insurance billing.
  •  Be organized and have excellent communication and customer service skills.
  •  Be able to work independently.

LPN Charge - $1,000 Sign on Bonus

Excellent opportunity for an experienced Long Term Care LPN to join our growing senior care facility. VHS currently two LPN Charge openings an 11p – 7a and 3p – 11p. $1.50 per hour Shift differential.

Primary duties include but are not limited to, evaluating and directing the nursing care of residents on an assigned unit, as well as administering medications and treatments and performing patient care as necessary. Supervise and counsel direct care personnel assigned to unit. Must have excellent organization skills.

Must possess a current NYS LPN license and a CPR Certification; must be able to work independently; position requires a weekend rotation.
