Nursing Assistant Training Program 
Valley Health Services is approved to provide an on-site Nursing Assistant Training program. The program is a five week training course instructed by a Registered Nurse to prepare students for the Certified Nurse Aide certification exam. The program is offered three times a year with up to eight students in each program.

CNA Peer Mentoring Program
Valley Health Services CNA Peer Mentoring Program is held annually in January in a classroom setting with instruction by department directors. The program serves as as career ladder for senior CNAs who have the expertise and knowledge to share with newer CNAs. This program also allows CNAs the opportunity for professional growth and provides a stepping stone into other areas of career mobility.

Valley Health services and Valley Residential Services offers a variety of health insurance offerings.

Dental Insurance 
EBS: Valley Health Services covers full-time employees and up to $10.00 per month fee for part-time employees.

Life Insurance 
The Hartford: Valley Health Services paid and policy covers up to double the individual’s salary.

Valley Health Services offers 5% employer match of employee contribution to their 401K available afer one year of services.

Valley Health Services offers 1 week of vacation time after 6 months of service.
