COVID-19 Visitor Response Plan

In accordance with current New York State Department of Health (NYS DOH) regulations, patients are allowed to have person(s) at the bedside as either a support person or a visitor.

Please Note: During the COVID-19 pandemic, visiting hours at each of the Bassett Healthcare Network hospitals has changed to adhere to New York State Department of Health guidelines. Hours are noon – 8:00pm and only one visitor at a time, with no more than two visitors total in a single day, for a cumulative total of four hours.
