Delhi Community Heroin and Substance Abuse Awareness Event

Are you curious about the growing heroin and substance abuse epidemic? Come to the upcoming Delhi Community Heroin and Substance Abuse Awareness event on Wednesday, January 11, 2017 from 6:00pm to 8:00pm at the Delaware Academy High School auditorium. Snow date is scheduled for January 12th at the same time and location.

A panel of professionals will provide information on the heroin and opioid epidemic. The panel will discuss current issues, trends, and interventions that affect the local community. Panelist will answer questions following their formal presentations. Representatives from support and advocacy organizations will also be on site.

This event is sponsored by the Delaware Academy Central School District at Delhi, the Alcohol and Drug Abuse Council of Delaware County, the Delhi Community Response Action Team, and O’Connor Hospital.
