Bassett to Sponsor Free Diabetes Self-Management Workshops in Fonda & St. Johnsville

Are you or someone you love living with diabetes? Bassett is sponsoring two free six-week workshops designed to help adults on the road to healthy and independent living beginning Oct. 17, through Nov. 21. Discover nutrition options, exercise choices and ways to take charge of your life. Choose workshop sessions in either Fonda or St. Johnsville:

Fonda: Mondays,beginning Oct. 17, through Nov. 21, from 9:30 a.m. – noon, County Annex Building, 20 Park Street (room 111).

St. Johnsville: Mondays,beginning Oct. 17, through Nov. 21, from 1:30 p.m. – 4 p.m., Community Center Auditorium, 16 Washington Street.

Both workshops are free will be provided by the Rural Health Education Network of Schoharie, Otsego and Montgomery counties (RHENSOM) and sponsored by the Bassett Center for Rural Community Health.
