• Friends of Bassett Hosting Valentine's Soiree to Support New Operating Room

    January 15, 2018

The Friends of Bassett Healthcare Network will hold its second annual Valentine’s Soirée, in celebration of love and friendship, Saturday evening, Feb. 10, from 6:30 p.m. to 11 p.m., at the Otesaga Hotel in Cooperstown. Proceeds from this year’s Soirée will support the addition of a new state-of-the-art operating room (OR) at Bassett Medical Center. The new OR will enable Bassett’s surgical teams to accommodate more complex cases, perform new, minimally-invasive procedures and give patients quicker recovery times. This festive event will feature great food, wonderful beverages, music, dancing, a dueling piano show and our famous live auction. Help us to honor special guests Gerry and Regina Miller.

Reservations are $150 per person. Don’t forget the Best of Live raffle—you can purchase a raffle ticket for $100 (cash or check only) and pre-select any live auction item. The winning ticket will be drawn before the live auction begins, and that one, pre-selected item will be removed from the live auction line-up.

To purchase a ticket for Best of Live, visit the Friends office in Harrison House, corner of Beaver St. and Fair St. or call (607) 547-3928, or email friends.office@bassett.org. For reservations to the soirée, call Sheila LeMaster at (607) 547-4799 or make your reservation online through the Friends’ website: http://www.friendsofbassett.org/News-Events/Fundraising-Events/Register-for-Soiree.
