• Bassett Healthcare Network Offers Free Workshops on Living Well with a Chronic Condition to its Patients

    What: Living Well with a Chronic Condition is a free interactive seven-week workshop series for Bassett Healthcare Network patients living with diabetes, breathing problems, depression, anxiety, heart conditions and arthritis. Receive a $40 grocery store gift card for attending four of the first six sessions and another $10 gift card for attending session seven!

    Why: To gain support from peers who have similar conditions; learn new coping skills; find practical ways to deal with pain, fatigue and other symptoms of your chronic condition; set goals and make a plan to improve your health and your life.

    When: Workshops begin the last week of September 2017 and are held weekly. Afternoon or evening sessions are available, depending on location.                                         

    Where: Cherry Valley, Cooperstown, Hamilton, Herkimer, Little Falls, Norwich, Richfield Springs, Sherburne
