    When a ruptured abdominal aortic aneurysm threatened Nathanial Foster Greene’s life, the team in the Cobleskill Regional Hospital Emergency Department and vascular surgeon Dr. Vitaliy Ignatovskyy and his team at Bassett Medical Center came together to save him. Greene has recovered and back to enjoying time with his granddaughter Elena.
