• Stereotactic Radiosurgery at Bassett

    Bassett Medical Center offers stereotactic radiosurgery (SRS) – a non-invasive form of radiation therapy used to treat tumors on the brain, spine and lungs. Despite its name, SRS is a non-surgical procedure that delivers precisely targeted radiation at higher doses than traditional radiation therapy. The result is fewer treatments, less damage to surrounding tissue and better outcomes.
