Family Medicine - FNP - St. Johnsville, NY

Bassett Healthcare Network, a progressive health care network in central New York and major teaching affiliate of Columbia University, is seeking a full-time Family Nurse Practitioner in St Johnsville. 

Quick Facts 

  • 2 Physicians  and 1 Family Nurse Practitioner
  • Traditional outpatient practice, Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Opportunity exists to be involved in a home visit program
  • Fully Integrated EPIC Medical Records
  • Group employed model with competitive salary
  • Comprehensive benefit package, including but not limited to medical, dental, CME, relocation assistance and paid malpractice insurance
  • Candidates must possess NYS certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner
  • Loan Repayment may be available through Federal and State Loan Repayment Programs
  • Will consider new graduates

Bassett’s primary care practices are NCQA Patient-Centered Medical Home, Level 3 Recognized practices or pursuing recognition as new health center sites.
