Childbirth Preparation Class – Cooperstown (Online)

Online Class Description

This is an all-day class which offers the expecting couple information and coping skills that encourage active participation in the labor and delivery process.

Plan to take the childbirth education (CBE) class during the 7th or 8th month of your pregnancy. To reserve a space, please register by the 5th month of your pregnancy. 

Online Class Requirements

Due to COVID-19, this class will be provided online. Once you register you will get information on how to join the secure online class. Participants must have access to Zoom, as well as a computer, tablet, or cellphone with internet, video, and speaker capabilities.

Zoom is free. Please be sure to create a free Zoom account prior to the meeting.

Important Registration Information

Registration is limited, and participation is based on a first-come, first-served basis. Please register before the last day of the month prior to the month of your desired class. Registration for each class will close at the end of the previous month.
