Tri-Town Community Wellness

Tri-Town Community Wellness is a collaborative relationship designed to improve the health and wellness of the service area of the Tri-Town Regional Hospital (TRH), located in Sidney, New York.

Tri-Town Community Wellness was established through a federal grant (from the Health Resources and Services Administration of the United States Department of Health and Human Services) to Bassett Healthcare and includes the 15 communities served by TCW and encompasses portions of Delaware, Chenango, and Otsego Counties in South Central New York State.
