Personal Description: My passion is to provide you with the best plastic surgery care available. Your consultation begins with a warm, friendly handshake and welcome. I will strive to understand your specific goals, what you see in your mind’s eye and in your heart. My staff and I strive to provide you with the best of care through focused, individualized attention. I welcome all of your questions and concerns and pledge an honest, thorough answer. We want you to be comfortable and confident with us. We will discuss all the options available and assist you in reaching your desired vision. Then, together, we will design a specific individual plan just for you.

I am a board certified plastic surgeon and remain committed to excellence in education. I have received two undergraduate degrees from the University of Massachusetts in just four years. The first is a Bachelor of Science in Microbiology with the distinction of Cum Laude. The second degree is in Biochemistry and carries the commendation of Commonwealth Scholar and the high distinction of Magna Cum Laude. I then earned a medical degree at the University of Massachusetts Medical School, a recent Nobel Price recipient institution and completed plastic surgery training as well as a microsurgery and hand fellowship at the prestigious University of Chicago.

I was mobilized by the United States Army in 2003, based at Madigan Army Medical Center and was decorated with the Army Medal of Merit for clinical excellence and commitment to resident education.

I am an active participant in the American Board of Plastic Surgery Maintenance of Certification Program to assure you of my ongoing commitment to personal education and promise to offer you the latest technologies and approaches to meet your needs.

After more than a decade of solo private practice, I have brought my expertise to Bassett Healthcare Network and the greater community of central New York.
