Plastic Surgeon Joins Bassett

Cooperstown, N.Y. – Sumeet Makhijani, M.D., has joined Bassett’s department of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery and will see patients in Oneonta, Hartwick Seminary and Little Falls.

Dr. Makhijani recently completed a plastic surgery internship and residency at Albany Medical Center where he was chief resident in the department of plastic surgery between 2010 and 2011. He received his medical degree at University of Tennessee College of Medicine and earned his undergraduate degree at Creighton University, in Omaha, Neb.
