Cardiology

Cardiology services are available to O'Connor Hospital patients one day per week. In addition to consultations, the cardiology clinic provides exercise stress testing, echocardiography studies and Holter monitors, which allow physicians to monitor cardiac irregularities when a patient is offsite. Having these services available close to home has reduced the waiting time for appointments. It has also significantly reduced travel for cardiac patients in Delhi and the surrounding area.

O'Connor's cardiology clinic is affiliated with the Cooperstown-based Bassett Heart Care Institute, allowing us to offer O'Connor patients direct access to state-of-the-art technologies and advanced diagnostic and treatment procedures, including angioplasty, cardiac catheterization, pacemaker implantation and cardiac surgery.
