Bassett Sponsors Free Six-Week Living Healthy Workshop

What:

Six-week Living Healthy workshop for adults (18 and older) and caregivers dealing with chronic conditions.

When & Where:

Starts Monday, Sept. 8, 4 p.m. to 6:30 p.m., and will run weekly at the Huntington Memorial Library, 62 Chestnut Street, Oneonta.

Who:

Workshop is provided by the Rural Health Education Network of Schoharie, Otsego and Montgomery counties (RHENSOM) and sponsored by the Bassett Center for Rural Community Health.

Why:

Participants will discover nutrition options and exercise choices, learn communication skills and make plans to live better and healthier as they are guided toward self-management.

Details:

This six-week workshop is free. Registration is required and space is limited.
