- Take Route 80 north to Route 20.
- Turn right onto Route 20 east.
- Take Route 20 east to Route 10 north in Sharon Springs.
- At the light in Sharon Springs turn left onto Route 10 north.
- Follow Route 10 into Canajoharie. At traffic light on pole, turn right onto Montgomery Street.
- The health center is at the top of the hill on the right at 56
Montgomery Street.
- Take a left out of parking lot and go down Montgomery Street.
- Take a left at the traffic light.
- Follow Route 10 to Sharon Springs.
- Turn right at light in Sharon Springs onto Route 20 west.
- Take 20 west to Route 80 south.
- At light, turn left onto Route 80 south. Follow this road into Cooperstown.
