Orthopaedics Operative
OBJECTIVES
To provide the student with an exposure to the surgical methods of treatment of orthopaedic problems. Emphasis is placed on intraoperative teaching. Students will follow patients during their hospital stay, and assist in pre- and postoperative care. Correlation between the clinical symptoms and physical findings and intraoperative pathology are stressed.
