Gift Shops

Our gift shops are a convenient way to shop for a variety of timely and thoughtful gifts. Flowers, gifts, and greeting cards can be personally delivered to the patient by our volunteers. We offer two gift shops for your convenience. The gift shop in the inpatient Hospital building is located off the main lobby. In the Bassett Clinic, the gift shop is on the main floor (Level 1) Both gift shops are staffed by helpful volunteers.

You can also place your order by phone, using Mastercard or Visa, by calling 607-547-3191 or 1-800-BASSETT, ext. 3191 during regular business hours. 

Gift shop hours:
Hospital gift shop - Monday through Friday 8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
Clinic gift shop - Monday through Friday 10:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.

Please note that patients in ICU cannot receive floral arrangements.
