Congressman Rep. Michael Arcuri (D-N.Y.) goes on a "listening tour" among his constituents. Along with At Home Care CEO Laurie Neander, Arcuri visited the home of Jennie and Francis Pusateri, who suffers from heart failure and pulmonary conditions.
